Beginners Sewing with Letitia Winter

This class goes over 2 sessions: Thursday 17th of October and Thursday 24th of October (6.30pm-9.30pm)
A perfect top to learn to sew if you are a beginner. In this class you will be learning to make the ‘Cuff Top’ from the Assembly Line (see pictured) over 2 evening sessions.
This top has a straight fit and cap sleeves with wide elastic cuffs. Please note this pattern ranges from sizes XS-L and due to the nature of this class time for larger or smaller adjustments is not included. Model in the picture is wearing a size small.
NOTE: PATTERN IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE WORKSHOP .
XS – 1m / S-1.1m / M 1.2m / L 1.2m
Suggested fabrics are light to medium light weight fabrics such as cotton, lawn, linen, crepe de chine or wool crepe.
Matching thread, 0.3m interfacing and Elastic 50cm width XS 64cm / S 70cm / M 76cm / L 83cm
Sewing machine (with instruction manual if possible), overlocker would be an advantage but not essential, fabric scissors, paper scissors, dressmaking/sewing pins, tape measure, pencil and paper for notes.
